Home Tour | Interior designer Jordan Carlyle's farmhouse in East Hamptons.

Today, we will be guests in a wonderful farmhouse. This house, one of the most popular houses of the past year, is a house that many of us dream of. Homeowners, Mario Margelist and Jordan Carlyle, have made living in this house a special one and have decorated it with excellent thought. They have brought this house where they live every day into a whole with special thoughts for them.

Homeowners aiming to escape from the bustling city life ended their search on the East Coast. This 5000 square meter house has 5 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. When he designed the house, Jordan wanted it to be a part of their personality. He was someone who liked timeless designs, but Mario preferred more modern and comfortable designs. Therefore, it should have stayed between the rustic and modern lines. Taking East Homptons Town Hall as inspiration, Jordan filled this house with unique artifacts and furniture. Let's take a look at the Bedroom now.

In front of you is a quiet and peaceful bedroom. I think the main detail here and in the overall project is the wooden battens on the ceiling. In this way, we feel the rustic air as much as possible. To add a little more modernity, a fireplace made of minimalist details and a headboard and bed reminiscent of medieval modernism gave character to the room.

I am in love with this armchair. There is no other armchair in this world that makes me feel at peace. As you can see, the entire design of the house consists of neutral color palettes and natural pieces. For this, a lot of renovation work has been done and appropriate items have been used.

The house has very large spaces and multiple living spaces. Some of these are lounge and bar room. The perfect place for great conversations.

The console in the dining room was one of the pieces that caught my attention the most. Will you take a look at it? An excellent workmanship. The artwork hanging above it is a piece that brings the rustic vibe to a bit more modernism.

We're going to a great kitchen. It is hard to find a kitchen that receives sunlight so beautifully. Isn't the air that the stone floor adds wonderful? The chair selection is great. Antique bronze metals, Moroccan limestone marbles and stone floor with 300 years of history.

I will show you the master bathroom and guest bathroom of the house. Here again, you will see antique bronze metals and limestone pieces on the counter. In addition, there is limestone workmanship on the walls.

A special craftsmanship of the door at the place where the main entrance door is. The sunlight entering through this door, which gives both a rustic and Art Deco feel when we look at it, looks tremendous.

I talked about five bedrooms. I think that the guests who come to this house, which has a lot of space for its guests, will feel that they have stepped into a completely different world. A unique experience.

We have come to the end of another house tour. I would like to inform you that all the photos in this house tour were taken by Adrian Gaut. Colin King assumed the style of the house during these shootings. I am one of his biggest fans. He is a legend! Best regards!
